*Elie is walking through downtown Ingakankei. Except something is off. Perhaps it's the silver streak through her hair, or that it's pulled back into a neat braid. Or the fact that her eyes are silver now.

Most likely, though, it's that she's wearing clothing that looks like it came straight from the closet of a Victorian noble, complete with a friggin' sword at her hip. Investigate?*

*Ingakankei High, Saturday afternoon, during lunch break! There's a trio of girls on the roof, two of which have various foodstuffs stuck to them. They have actually sent off Ryuuji to go get various towels and drinks and such for them, leaving them alone for a bit. Bother them?*

*So. Kanna and Elie are out at a club together in party dresses. The former is teaching the the latter what to do here, as she has no idea, and the latter has also apparently gained several cup sizes. If you wouldn't be at the club, you can probably catch them walking to it. So. Come bother, gawk, or do whatever.*

*Black Knights, or anyone who really wants to: Elie is down at a shooting range. She has just a pistol, and is matching those nearby using rifles. Clearly someone needs to bother her to mess up her concentration.

Everyone else: She's walking around downtown, looking for something. Judging from how wet she is, she probably just got assaulted by some kids with snow.*

*Hino got Megaman 9 today. If he must suffer, so must his characters. Thus, Elie is in the school dorm, playing the Wii in the lounge, playing Megaman 9 and dying horribly. Rather often.*

GEASS OF HALLUCINATION "The Dream"

By making eye contact, she is able to cause someone to have a hallucination of whatever she wishes. This hallucination is indistinguishable from reality and involves all five senses. The 'intensity' of the hallucination may be altered, so that the person still moves, speaks, and acts in reality, despite seeing the hallucination, or they may be reduced to a vegetable-like state for the duration of it. Doing the latter is rather tiring to her, so she doesn't do it often.

The length of the hallucination is indefinite as long as eye contact is maintained. Upon breaking eye contact, she may set a time limit up to 24 hours, after which it ends. However, re-establishing eye contact can reset that limit.

The recipiant cannot be inflicted with another hallucination for 24 hours after the end of the previous one.

What she can create in the hallucinations are simple: if she has information, it is usable. She can create an image of someone she knows, or sounds she has heard, and so on. If she does not know something, she cannot use it in the hallucinations, as they are controlled by her mind, with one exception.
She may use information she does not have, if the person she is afflicting with her Geass has it. However, in doing so, she does not gain any information. For an example, say she uses this power to make someone see their sibling, who she has never seen before. The person's mind creates the image of the sibling, which Elie may then move around as she wills, but she will not find out what this sibling looks like.

While she is making someone hallucinate, eye contact is not required, and she may update the hallucination as she will as long as it keeps going, adding in new details and information. However, while she is not making eye contact, she receives no information, and the hallucination goes on an 'autopilot' of sorts. When she keeps eye contact, she is aware of everything in the hallucination, and can update it accordingly, but when she does not have it, she's more or less shooting blindly if she updates it. (On a related note, if she breaks eye contact then reestablishes it, she picks up in the hallucination exactly where it is, and does not receive any information about what happened during the time she missed.)
